HR Tech Awards Recognizes Valuable Contributors to Hiring, Retention, and More
In its third year, the HR Tech Awards program highlights HR technology companies that serve employers and employees across the globe.
This initiative, powered by one of the HR technology industry's most innovative firms, provides peer-reviewed feedback and inputs on solutions purpose-built to serve employers and the workforce. The program has a rigorous judging component with a panel of independent practitioners, consultants, and educators providing inputs on each submission.
In this year's program, the winners span an incredible number of categories. Each of the tools is being used by employers right now to help them hire, develop, and retain their people, and the platforms and systems are amazing in their ability to support intelligent decisions, personalized actions, and more.
According to Lighthouse Research & Advisory data, more than 5,000 providers exist across the HR technology landscape today, with more entering the space every single day. This year, the HR Tech Awards is recognizing approximately 1% of those firms for their focus on creating solutions that solve problems their customers care about.
The Chief Research Officer at Lighthouse Research & Advisory, Ben Eubanks, had this to say, "We see hundreds of HR technologies every year in our research. The systems that won this year's program represent some of the very best that the industry has to offer. Our judges are consistently amazed by the quality, depth, and capability that these solutions represent. In my perspective, I'm always looking for a system that adds value for the HR and talent practitioners putting in the hard work every day. This year, we found some excellent examples of those tools in action."
Today in a livestream announcement, the award winners were highlighted and celebrated in front of the entire HR community. Eubanks, who heads the judging team, touched on some of the highlights from each category, emphasizing what these firms bring to the table in terms of value, innovation, and/or service. The categories include Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Experience, Core HR and Workforce, and Total Rewards and Employee Wellbeing. Within those categories, firms can receive honors for a variety of specialized options, including Best Comprehensive Solution for Enterprise, Best Culture-Building Solution, Best DEI-Enabling Solution, and more.
Eubanks added, "In addition to examining the actual technology, we look at the company behind the solution, a client case study, and more to fully understand the value that each firm offers. It's incredible to see the amazing value that employers can get from the right HR technology partner."
The ultimate purpose of this program is to help HR technology buyers and employers understand some of the best companies in the industry for technology selection needs.
