The journey up to Namche Bazar is the same as any other trekking route in the Everest region. There are two trekking trails to do Everest Three Passes trek from Namche Bazar. You can either take the route that leads to Tengboche from Namche or start by crossing Kongma La (5535 m). Or one may choose to trek to Thame from Namche and cross Renjo La (5360 m) first.
