Unknown VR brings A next-level gaming experience to Norwich with their Freeroam Multiplayer Venue

Unknown brings the UK the best in multiplayer immersive experiences and a brand new adrenaline-fuelled Game where players will get the first-ever opportunity to experience our best in class XIST system.
Matt Martin CEO of UNKNOWN said "We are extremely excited to be bringing the first UNKNOWN venue to Norwich on the 9th April. We're providing a new and exciting entertainment option that brings people together to experience social virtual reality gaming."
Unknown VR will be Launching with The Warp as its first experience, The fast-paced action sci-fi adventure allows friends and families to do combat together, in an industry-leading VR experience, solving puzzles and unravelling challenges.
The four-player VR game is freeroam, meaning gamers can easily explore the extensive and purpose-built gaming area in Norwich. Powered by XIST technology there are no cables and no backpacks involved in the 45-minute game, leaving the players free to experience the incredible virtual world.
Players are equipped with a headset and hand controllers adapted to look like futuristic blasters and are represented in the games as high quality, realistic avatars that mimic the movements of the characters. There is also an innovative feature that warns players when they are near a boundary or other players, ensuring safety throughout the whole experience.
We are planning to open our venue on Ber Street on the 9th of April.
