Ashley Hawthorne Signs a One-Book Deal with Creative James Media

PASADENA, Md. - March 16, 2022 - PRLog -- Creative James Media, a small press located in Pasadena, Maryland, announced it has signed debut author Ashley Hawthorne for a standalone romance novel.

Deliver Me, a contemporary romance novel, follows Mia Anderson a pastor's daughter who believes prayer and small acts of kindness can change the world. She never expected a pen pal program with the nearby state prison would force her to reexamine everything she believed about her faith and humanity. Gabriel Myers was a spoiled rich kid with an attitude. When his parents sent him away to live with his fanatically religious uncle, they set in motion a chain of events that left his father dead and sixteen-year-old Gabriel on trial for murder. Twelve years later, he's still struggling with the blood on his conscience. When reluctant friendship turns to seemingly ill-fated love, they'll have to decide what they're willing to risk for a chance at happiness. This title will be available across ebook platforms and as a paperback in July 2023.

Ashley Hawthorne is a shameless introvert and lifelong lover of stories. A homeschooling mom for more than a decade, she needed a new challenge when her rapidly growing students began to become more independent.
