Emerald Energy, Inc., And Intech Global Inc., Launch A $10 Billion USD New Deep Water Complex

HOUSTON - Feb. 23, 2022 - PRLog -- Houston, Texas –, Intech Global, Inc., (Intech) Houston, is considering the development of a container terminal within the confines of a planned LNG terminal and a 2200 MW gas powered facility, and a new green field deep water port at Manapad, Tamil Nadu, India. The project total investment is expected to exceed $10 Billion USD. The container terminal would be near the primary routes used by the majority of east-west international marine vessels. These marine vessels currently serve India though trans-shipping either by Colombo or Singapore. It will be more cost effective for the shipping industry to use the Manapad rather than other ports as a trans-shipment hub for Indian bound cargo. Manapad will become the largest deep water port in India. The site currently has a depth of 10m, the new port will be dredged to 35 meters.  Land is available for creating the port facilities, a major railhead, the gas-fired power plant, cold large facilities, and other projects. Intech entered into a MOU with the Port of Houston and will renew. The location is suitable for a natural gas power plant, wind, and solar farms. Manufacturing and service facilities will be initiated at the location. The group own over 1500 acres reserved for these projects

Hamershlag Private's referral platform, for raising capital and debt nationally and internationally, will be used to recapitalize Intech to plan, design, develop, finance, construct, and operate a marine terminal and other projects near Manapad, Tamil Nadu, India.

Emerald Energy and the Port of Houston, will become the Lead Project Manager for the Manapad Projects and guide the project through its completion into full operation and management.
