TAMPA, Fla. - Feb. 1, 2022 - PRLog -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group has expanded its presence in Tampa and surrounding communities with the acquisition of Weichert Realtors Yates & Associates, a real estate firm with years of experience and expertise in the Tampa Bay market.

Weichert Realtors- Yates & Associates has spent decades building a reputable company with high standards of operation. After a lot of due diligence, broker/owner Jeanette Yates felt Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group will allow her company and team to continue to operate in that same vein and help them provide even better service moving forward.
