For only $80 per person, the succulent three-course Dia de St Valentin menu with champagne toast includes:

Amuse: Potato Causa—espuma with osetra caviar

First Course – choose between:

+ Kobe Empanada—mizayaki kobe beef, avocado yuzu, soy truffle chimichurri

+ Paella Ceviche—seafood mixto, citrus saffron, puffed rice, guindilla chili tempura

With Baby Kale Salad—organic baby variety pomegranate, orange, aged manchego, candied peanut, cherry tomato, orange chipotle vinaigrette

Second Course – choose among:

+ Adobo Tuna Loin—seared rare, baby bok choy, enoki salad, sweet potato tempura, achiote ponzu

+ Roasted Duck Breast—Peruvian 5-spice, chaufa latino rice, duck egg, chicha morada panca glaze

+ Grass Fed South American Sirloin—papas al aiillo, carmelized cipollini onion, roasted pebre salsa

With Roasted Cauliflower—quinoa salad, sprouts, curry tofu emulsion

Dessert (serves two): Duo of chocolate corn molten cake and tequila infused crème brulee
