Celebration at Work and Its Impact on Organizational Culture

NOIDA, India - Jan. 18, 2022 - PRLog -- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: On Wednesday, 29th December 2021, Nimbus Adcom Private Limited held the Annual Day Celebration and Annual Awards distribution ceremony at Bhagwati Garden, Noida. This was a significant occasion in the financial calendar of Nimbus Adcom since it celebrated the prosperous end of the year 2021.

The ceremony helped identify the remarkable talent of employees through their unique interests and allowed everyone to recognize all the candidates who excelled in the year. The ceremony was initially kicked off by our two most talented hosts, Mr Rajiv Kumar and Mr Shakti Yadav. First, they called the listed employees on the stage. Then, one by one, the candidates charmed the atmosphere with their poetry sessions, outstanding dance performances, soulful singing, and hidden skills of entertainment, followed by the sprinkle of pristine humor by the hosts.

After the ceremonial lighting of the bright traditional lamp and floral welcome of the notables, the Director of Nimbus Adcom, Mr Mandip Kumar Prasad, presented the awards alongside medals and trophies which chronicled the various achievements of many departments and employees of Nimbus. It, obviously, encouraged the various departments and employees to continue taking the initiative to help make the enterprise the best in the nation.

The usefulness of organizational culture in a company is legitimate. It helps us detect problems affecting the organization's functionality and direction and propose a concrete solution. It is also useful for forming and segmenting groups with similar job characteristics to achieve a broader performance.

Its impact has a significant scope in the management, process, products, attraction and retention of employees.
