Lockdown for Delhi? Full list of govt new guidelines for COVID-19 in Delhi

GURGAON, India - Jan. 17, 2022 - PRLog -- After the announcement of the red alert of Covid -19 then you need to read this article carefully. Because of the increase in the number of coronavirus cases in Delhi and for the safety of human beings the Delhi Disaster Management Authority has decided to impose a few restrictions in the national capital. They have announced to enforce the weekend curfews in the city from Friday 10.00 pm to Monday 5.00 am. Also, they have announced that all the government employees and offices will shift to work from home mode. They have decided that 50% of the employees of the private sector will shift to work from home. Also to avoid the crowds outside the bus shops and metro stations then metro trains and DTC buses will run at full seating capacity and it will be mandatory to wear a mask.

Weekend curfew Guidelines in Delhi:

• If you are engaged in emergency and essential services then you will be allowed to go to work during the weekend curfew and during the night curfew, you must have a valid identity card of your workplace.
• All Central government officials and subordinates of the government offices and PSUs will be allowed to go to their workplace with valid identity cards.
• All Judges and all judicial officers, staff members of Delhi and advocates of the Delhi courts, all legal counsels who all are connected with the case hearing will be allowed to go on work with the production of valid Identity cards, photo entry passes, and they have to carry the permission letters which is Issued by the court administration.
• Doctors, nursing staff, paramedics and those engaged in other medical services such as hospitals, diagnostic centres, testing laboratories, clinics, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, medical oxygen suppliers, and other medical and health services on production of valid ID cards will be free from the weekend curfew.
• Those passengers who are going to or coming from airports, railway stations, inter-state bus terminuses are allowed to travel with valid tickets.
• You are allowed to carry digital and print media for valid identity cards.
• For all marriage, related-gatherings or social gatherings only up to 20 persons are allowed.

Guidelines For the Delhi transport services

• If you are travelling by Delhi Metro then you are allowed to travel 100% of the seating capacity. Standing passengers are not allowed.
• Intra-State movement of buses then you are allowed to travel with the 100% seating capacity of the buses. Standing passengers are not allowed.
• There is no restriction on inter-state and intra-state movement, transportation of essential, non-essential goods. No separate permission or e-pass will be required for such movements.
