Professional football player, Jamon Della, Participates in Sharing & Caring Event

IRVING, Texas - Dec. 17, 2021 - PRLog -- Professional Indoor Football player, Jamon Della partnered with the Irving Schools Foundation and participated in their annual Caring & Sharing holiday gift drive and distribution program benefiting students in Irving Independent School District.

Jamon Della has lived in Irving his whole life and loves his community and the people in it. He previously played football for the West Texas Warbirds and is now actively searching for his next professional football opportunity. When he isn't training for the upcoming season, Jamon loves to find ways to give back.

"I enjoyed the event sorely because of the community itself," said Della. "This is my home, this is where I am from. Seeing everyone happy and helping those in need makes it worthwhile. I just really love helping others in my community in the best way that I can."

Since 1985, Irving Schools Foundation has been a vital presence in the Irving ISD community, funding programs that touch and transform the lives of thousands of students, teachers, and district employees every year. Irving Schools Foundation partners with community businesses, organizations, and individuals to adopt students and grant their wishes. The gifts are then distributed at a magical drive-through experience where families enjoy live music, a greeting from Santa and Ms. Claus, and other fun surprises.

The Irving Schools Foundation hosts many different events throughout the year, including the Caring & Sharing event. Other events that the organization put together include; Food for Thought and Supplies for Success. This opportunity with The Irving Schools Foundation was the best way for Jamon to show how much he loves his community.
