As it says on the tin, the 30 day anxiety plan is all about anxiety and learning how to reduce it. Starting a knus plan is a great way to start 2022.

The knus approach is different to other online courses.  We've blended together stress busting relaxation experiences, wellbeing, mindfulness and mental health development into bitesize chunks.

The plan is spread over 30 days, however, there isn't a time limit. You or a friend will enjoy 30 experiences and 30 reflections.  The experiences have been designed by those that have a lived experience of mental health.  The aim is that if not all, but a few experiences help to reduce your anxiety, that's a good start.
