Ox Hill Companies Establish Capital Practice, Tap Wininger To Lead

FAIRFAX, Va. - Nov. 29, 2021 - PRLog -- Ox Hill Companies, a boutique multi-faceted commercial real estate firm founded in 2019 and based in Old Town Fairfax, VA, has announced the creation of Ox Hill Capital to address its growing financial services transactions business and to establish a distinct practice area to provide services to its existing and growing list of clients.

Banking veteran Tony Wininger joined Ox Hill recently to direct the transactions and lead the practice of Ox Hill Capital. Mr. Wininger brings with him 25 years direct experience in commercial real estate lending from Dean Witter Reynolds in 1995 to most recently with Atlantic Union Bank.

Christopher Smith, Founder and Principal of Ox Hill Companies, is an enthusiastic fan of Mr. Wininger's financing talents. "We are thrilled that Tony has joined us.
