Fresh Proposals and Google Drive Integration

SAN FRANCISCO - Nov. 23, 2021 - PRLog -- Fresh Proposals, an online proposal software announced the launch of its new Google Drive integrations, one of many integrations on its roadmap. This allows Fresh Proposals users the ability to view their stored sales documents in the cloud and make them available inside Fresh Proposals with a single click.

With this integration, users can make changes in the sales document while they are in Google docs and the changes will sync in real-time. Not just that, users can share a sales document via Google Drive with someone who doesn't have a Fresh Proposals account, so that they can work on the document and their changes will be automatically reflected in the Fresh Proposals. This new integration also improves security by preventing downloaded sales documents from being stored locally.

After connecting Fresh Proposals' account to Google Drive there won't be any need to email files or take screenshots of proposals, quotes, and contracts. Signed PDF files will be uploaded automatically as soon as the proposal/quote/agreement/contract is signed. Users can share these sales documents by sending a link to anyone. Even better, by setting team permissions users can decide who can edit and who can view the sent document.
