A New Podcast Featuring a Rabbi and a Parenting Expert Touches on Family in a Modern World
Rabbi David Steinhardt of B'nai Torah Congregation and Karen Deerwester will Focus on The Following Topics: Interfaith Marriage, Hanukkah verses Christmas, Anti-Semitism and Kids, Perfect Appearances in a Social Media World, and More

Their new podcast, titled "The Language of Ahava" (or love), gives listeners an opportunity to listen in on a thoughtful discussion on a range of topics, including: Interfaith Marriage; Blurring the Distinction between Hanukkah and Christmas; Anti-Semitism and Kids and how much to hide or share; Challenges of Raising Kids in a Crazy & Sometimes Sad World; How to Manage "Perfect Appearances"
Karen Deerwester has worked with B'nai Torah Congregation in Boca Raton for over two decades, heading up the synagogue's children's program. Rabbi Steinhardt is the Senior Rabbi at B'nai Torah Congregation, the largest conservative synagogue in the Southeastern United States. (Pictures attached, courtesy of B'nai Torah Congregation.)
