Solar Industry Veteran Jay Miller Says "YES" to HES Solar Team

SAN DIEGO - Nov. 8, 2021 - PRLog -- HES Solar is proud to announce that Jay Miller has joined the Residential Team as Director of Operations - Residential. Mr. Miller brings over 25 years of energy industry experience successfully driving improvement, efficiencies and growth through his varied roles in operations. With an incredible career path that stretches from a US Navy nuclear submarine to solar arrays over one megawatt in size, Mr. Miller will be a natural fit and a critical component to HES Solar's continued increase of Southern California residential solar market share.

Mr. Miller comes to HES Solar from his role as Director of Operations at Baker Electric in Escondido. Prior to his seven years there he held Vice President and Director positions at Independent Energy Solutions in Vista and McBride Electric in San Diego.

The addition of Jay Miller to the residential team caps an incredible year of growth and positive change for HES Solar as it celebrates its 20th year as a top solar company. The San Diego-based energy company began 2021 with an increased residential partnership with SunPower Corp. to Master Dealer, a status conferred only after demonstrating consistently excellent system design, installation, and customer service. Also in 2021 HES Solar launched a new website, partnered with the YMCA of San Diego County in a unique effort to accelerate the complete re-opening of that great organization, and expanded its service department to adopt 'orphaned' solar systems left behind by solar installers no longer in business.
