Davenport Laroche wins Chinese nuclear power plant contract

Sept. 20, 2021 - PRLog -- Davenport announced that they have won a contract to supply containers and construction equipment for the construction of the Xudabao nuclear power plant in Northeastern China.

This project worth $17 billion will see the construction of 4 nuclear reactors.

The Chinese government has started the construction of the first reactor following problems encountered by a nuclear power plant in Guangdong.

They plan to complete 2 reactors by 2027-2028.
