Davenport Laroche wins Dubai airport contract

This ambitious project of USD32.67 billion aims to make Al Maktoum International Airport the biggest airport worldwide in terms of size and passengers capacity by 2050.
The expansion is being executed in two phases over the next six to eight years. Upon completion, the airport will be able to handle more than 220 million passengers a year.
Phase 1 has been completed with the construction of new terminals, a new runway and the expansion of the existing facilities.
Davenport was selected for phase 2 of the project as it will see the construction of 2 new runways, a new terminal, train tracks and stations and finally 2 new concourses.
