She is a verified YouTube. She is a member of CASH (Composers and Authors Society of HK) and WIP (Women in Publishing).

She is often an invited guest speaker and panelist on a number of HR/women empowerment events, and radio/TV interviews, sharing her views on talent and social issues.

Debbie Mannas is a versatile HR leader and strategist with over 17 years in multi-disciplinary HR leadership positions. She has significant achievements in building high performing teams, leading global and regional HR teams, and designing and executing great learning experiences.

Debbie is an early adopter of gamification, with years of embedding its philosophies into performance management and experiential learning programs. She is currently designing and deploying transformational learning strategies for re-skilling and upskilling employees across Asia to face the demands of the Digital Enterprise.

On the CSV front, Debbie chairs Sun Life Asia's DE&I Council. She has worked with multiple NGOs over the years. For example, as Mentor 2016/17 with The Women's Foundation, as part of the Community Business Leadership team (circa 2009), and as a collaborator with Kids4Kids for many years, running workshops around career choices, and more recently, facilitating the "Power of Voice" workshops in their Powered by Youth forums for 2018 and 2019 and 2021.
