Robyn Hurrell, SIOR achieves SIOR designation from Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®

To achieve the SIOR designation, Hurrell completed more than five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent education requirements;
Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in more than 685 cities in 36 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and requires designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.

Hurrell is a top-performing industrial real estate broker and Managing Director for Colliers. She was named a 2020 Top 10 Colliers Producer for the State of Florida and Top 5 Colliers Producer for Central Florida. She was also awarded the 2020 Connect Media CRE's Next Generation Award and was named one of the Tampa Bay Business Journal's 40 Under 40 during the same year. She was also named a CoStar Power Broker in the Tampa Bay area in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Hurrell earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa. She also earned her MCR designation (Masters in Corporate Real Estate) through CoreNet Global in 2017, graduating the program as the youngest MCR professional in CoreNet Global history.
