All is WELL in The Swig Company's National Office Portfolio

SAN FRANCISCO - July 26, 2021 - PRLog -- The Swig Company announced today that it has obtained WELL Health-Safety Ratings (https://www.wellcertified.com/health-safety/) through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) for the majority of its national portfolio of multitenant office buildings. This means the WELL rating is now a feature in almost eight million square feet of office space owned by The Swig Company in New York, Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area.

The buildings include those owned and operated by The Swig Company, including The Mills Building at 220 Montgomery and 501 Second Street in San Francisco as well as buildings owned in partnership, such as The Grace Building in New York.

Designed to empower owners and operators across large and small businesses alike to take the necessary steps to prioritize the health and safety of their staff, visitors and stakeholders, the WELL Health-Safety Rating guides users in preparing their spaces for re-entry in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, instilling confidence in those who come through the building as well as the broader community.

In addition to WELL Health-Safety ratings, most buildings in the portfolio carry LEED and EnergyStar certifications and The Swig Company is constantly evaluating best practices in sustainability, health and safety.

The Mills Building in San Francisco, one of the company's longest-owned assets, was the first in the portfolio to be awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating following the successful completion of third-party review by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
