Acquisition of Manta Servizi Srl

BRISTOL, U.K. - July 23, 2021 - PRLog -- N-and Group ("N-and"), a company that specializes in the design, development and manufacturing of cutting-edge engineering products and software platforms, announces that its 100% controlled subsidiary N-and Italia S.r.l. has acquired the 51% of the entire issued share capital of Manta Servizi S.r.l. ("Manta").

Founded in 2019, Manta is a start-up specialized in creating and managing innovative eco-systems for the micropayment industry. Its mission is to drive the adoption of token-based solutions for any buying experience.
