Rising alternative hip hop artist Zodi is now offering an honest and optimistic take on the challenges of being 27 in this modern world in his newest single release.
In his track "27," Zodi reveals the struggle of working toward the dream of making it in music while living a difficult daily life.
The new song shares the Portland artist's intimate experiences garnered from hindsight and the revelations found in moving forward.
According to the emerging producer, audio engineer, and songwriter, 27 is an anthem to letting go of the old and transitioning into a new part of adulthood.
"This new single aims to offer a dose of inspiration to all the broken people who need a fresh start after a very hard year and a half for all of us," he said. "It's also a way for me to show my appreciation to my amazing fans and supporters for staying with me through the challenges and opportunities I've had to build my musical career."
Zodi's latest single, joining his Spotify releases "Numb" and "No Sleep," has been welcomed to a warm reception from fans, who said the song has a strong alt-hip hop vibe, great hooks, and inspiring lyrics.
