Windows Into Wellness Series June 2, 9 & 16 Guided Sunflower Power Walks Wednesdays, 8:30 am to 9:30 am $5 for members; $15 for nonmembers (Registration is required; tour size is limited; includes full Garden admission) Reconnect and recharge with nature. Experience the beauty and plant life of the Windows on the Floating World Tropical Wetland along with other garden areas, and watch the newly planted Sunflower Field as it grows each week. Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique. The exercises include simple, slow movements (which mimic nature), meditation and focused breathing—similar to Tai Chi. Each class will begin with a gentle walk to the Exhibit Hall, followed by exercises. Classes will be led by Roxanne Cumberland.
