To keep up with the inflow of customers Joe's Lawn Care has employed a new Enquiry Manager to process all new enquiries, a Marketing Manager to create and develop marketing plans and increase brand awareness and an HR Administrator who is responsible for staff growth. In addition to this Joe's Lawn Care have started a refer a friend discount for all of their current customers.
