Anchor Rod Design - Overview of the ACI Seismic Provisions

Asdip steel includes the seismic design of biaxial base plates and anchorage to concrete. The seismic design of anchor rods is included in the chapter 17 of the aci 318-19. But how do you apply the seismic provisions to a typical design? what are the different options? are the load combinations affected?
