Flight cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of the booking and 7 days prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.

No cancellation fee is charged if ticket is cancelled within 24 hours to 4 hours from the scheduled departure or flight.

Refund is only allowed for the refundable type of tickets.

An amount of $50 is charged as cancellation fee for domestic flights.

An amount of $100 is charged as cancellation fee for international flights.
