Transcontinental University announced the appointment of Dr. Daniel Hect to the Board

DUBLIN, Ohio - Dec. 4, 2020 - PRLog -- Transcontinental University announced the selection of Dr. Daniel Hect to the advisory board.

Dr. Daniel Hect is a Chief of Police for the Village of Hartford, where he works to improve community engagement and community policing. He joined Hartford in September 2019 following a 30-year career working on colleges and universities. In addition to his work at the Village of Hartford, Hect serves as the Director of Training and Development at the National Association of Campus Safety Administrators and serves on the board for the Ohio Small Police Department Association.  Hect is also an accomplished martial artist and leads the Masters Hall of Fame as the CEO.

Hect is a life-long learner and received his doctorate from Argosy University in 2019, a master's degree from the University of Southern California in 2010, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix in 2006.
