Understanding the core components of learning sciences helps professionals connect learners to content and achieve greater retention. At this month's webinar, Lisa M.D. Owens, co-author of the book "Designing for Modern Learning," will speak on leveraging the learning sciences and will explore the Ages Model, which is used to design learning that sticks. This session is linked to the ATD Capability Model for Developing Professional Capabilities. In this one-hour webinar, participants will: ● learn the meaning of learning sciences, ● apply the Ages Model for learning sciences as a holistic model to inform their own content design and development, and ● identify the barriers to learning and best practices for learning retention.
