Construction continues at new student housing community at Auburn University

ATLANTA - Nov. 2, 2020 - PRLog -- Holder Properties, a full-service student housing and commercial real estate developer, announced that construction is ahead of schedule at 320 West Mag, a six-story mixed-use student living community adjacent to the campus of Auburn University.

320 West Mag is situated on 3.59 acres and is adjacent to Auburn University. The property is located on West Magnolia Avenue and has 719 beds and 201 apartment units. The property features studio, two, three, four, and five-bedroom apartments located directly across from Auburn University's colleges of business and engineering. Each apartment is fully furnished and offers students private bedrooms and bathrooms. The units include a smart TV and a full-size washer and dryer. The building also features modern finishes, stainless-steel appliances, and private balconies. 320 West Mag offers fiber-optic connectivity and will have the fastest Wi-Fi in Auburn.
