Preventric Announces new CEO and Executive Leadership Structure

Preventric Diagnostics, Inc, a leading provider of revolutionary digital therapeutics and vascular health intelligence solutions, today announced that Mark Belcher has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer and a new leadership structure.  These key changes will best support Preventric's growth and strategic vision.

Marks' vacated seat as Chief Operating Officer has been filled by Rosson Richardson, who was formerly acting as Executive Vice President of Investor Relations.  William K. Holbrook will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer

Mr. Belcher was previously President of Pilar Ventures, LLC where he worked with a number of companies assisting them accessing capital and advising them on strategy and planning.  He also managed several other endeavors after serving as President and Chief Development Officer of the Baptist Health System Foundation where he successfully oversaw the organization's growth and innovation pipeline. He has held key leadership roles in several companies over the last 25 years and been active in Birmingham's vibrant startup community as an advisor and mentor.

Mr. Richardson was previously Sr. Director of Real Massive and was Director of Capital Markets at Enverus, formerly known as Drillinginfo.  Mr. Richardson's background includes finance, business development, operations, and private equity.  Richardson will focus his efforts on the day to day business operations as well as serve as the key liaison between Preventric and their investors.

Mr. Holbrook was Chief Operating Officer of Sterne Agee before the acquisition of the firm by Stifel Nicolaus and Company.  Prior to Sterne Agee, Mr. Holbrook was a corporate securities attorney for various prominent Birmingham law firms. During that time, he has served as outside counsel for several of Birmingham's publicly traded companies and serves on the Boards of Directors for technology startups across the southeast.
