Cheryl is an accomplished executive who has led and collaborated on business development and transformation programs during a career spanning nearly 20 years in the affordable housing industry. She managed operations that translate across industries. During that period, she turned around and grew an underperforming division; transitioned asset management services from an outside vendor to internal operations; trained managers and staff and partnered with human resources leadership to design and implement an electronic performance management system in support of a large-scale business model transformation. As a member of her employer's Leadership Council, Cheryl played a key role in development and implementation of a new talent management strategy to drive results.

Cheryl has achieved results such as enhanced impact involving client outcomes and increased revenue and profits by having a holistic approach that focuses on effective leadership (people), operational quality (systems), strategic partnerships (planning), and overall program execution that supports larger organizational objectives. She has an MBA from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in Operations Management from Louisiana State University.
