NCBMP's 7th Annual State of Black Tourism
ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Sept. 2, 2020 - PRLog -- The National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals (NCBMP) will present its 7th Annual "State of Black Tourism" event on September 17, 2020 at 9:45 a.m. (EDT) in partnership with the National Press Club. Known as one of the preeminent organizations in the hospitality industry, NCBMP's annual "State of Black Tourism" will be a virtual convening that will feature the leading hospitality executives in the industry, along with elected officials, who will present the newest trends for Black and Brown travelers in the U.S. and around the world. Additionally, the virtual convening will discuss current practices that affect Black hospitality professionals as well as the overall impact on the industry post Covid19 and George Floyd.

"Tourism plays a significant role in our nation's economic ecosystem and empowers communities and culture," states Jason Dunn, Sr., Chairman of NCBMP. "Our 2020 'State of Black Tourism' convening will once again illuminate the enormous spending power of Black Tourism in the U.S. and globally. The event will also outline course correction strategies by way of data driven presentations for today's organizations and institutions so they can do a better job in becoming more welcoming destinations for the Black and Brown travelers of tomorrow."

NCBMP's 7th Annual "State of Black Tourism" convening, which will be hosted on the virtual platform of the National Press Club, will feature the following speakers:
