Jack Cook on finding balance in the Arts

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Aug. 31, 2020 - PRLog -- Similar to most entrepreneurs, director/singer Jack Cook has to maintain a busy schedule. Cook states, "I have two passions that I'm pursuing that I feel I produce quality material as, those are directing movies and writing/performing songs"

Cook has been directing movies for the past few years, from coast to coast with the production company he co-founded, Illusion Islands. www.illusionislands.com

Last year Cook directed a feature length movie titled, The Elevator in New York City and Long Island. Staring; Eric Roberts, Eugenia Kuzmina, Matt Rife and Elliot. Written and created by Mukesh Modi.

Cook also directed a feature film last year titled, From Dark Eyes To Winters Eternity in the greater Los Angeles area. Staring; Mike Valley and Alex Kagianaris.

Both films are planned to release as early as fourth quarter 2020.

Illusion Islands is currently working on two upcoming feature films titled "A Soul To Squeeze" and "The Private Eye", both being directed by Cook.

On the other side of the spectrum, Cook continues to stay busy writing songs for Hello Lady. The music group he started with fellow band mate Chip Mitter, over a decade ago.

The band plans two release six new singles throughout the fall season. In addition to releasing a new clothing line in partnership with the brand, Cooler Clothing.

Hello Lady has also been in talks to record in a new upcoming studio based in North Hollywood over the next few months.
