New Lingoport Suite Release: Machine Translation, Contextual QA & more

What's New

New suite features include direct connections to Amazon Translate and SYSTRAN neural machine translation engines. This gives developers immediate localization returns no matter how fast their feature development iterates. Translations are then quickly reviewed and edited in the context of their application using Lingoport's InContext QA software. There is no translation lag or need to hold back from localization because of vendor minimums or finalizing a feature. The whole process is automated from the repository and back again including file verification.

There is also enhanced i18n detection for embedded strings that need localization, plus other locale support issues.

This new release takes a big step in helping localization teams match software development, rather than trailing as an ad-on process. The near instantaneous return of translations makes localization highly visible and responsive. Then simplifying QA, rather than relying on traditional methods, puts localization QA on the same timeline and speed as functional QA, explained Adam Asnes, Lingoport's CEO. "This simplification is a big advance for the software localization industry."
