LOS ANGELES - June 10, 2020 - PRLog -- Concerned Citizens of South-Central Los Angeles (CCSCLA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization who since 1985 has worked for positive social change for our minority communities, economic empowerment, criminal justice reform, educational advancement, and principled prison reform within the South-Central Los Angeles community and beyond. #helpminoritiesthrive

With the advent of recent unrest in the inner cities and across the country due to the violence police have perpetrated within the black and brown communities, CCSCLA believes that by meeting and exceeding the fundraising goal that we can amplify our message of broad minority empowerment through advanced education, economic empowerment, criminal justice reform and advocating for stricter police accountability on all levels where it concerns the policing of our communities.

STAND WITH CCSCLA! YOU CAN! #helpminoritiesthrive

Additionally, we intend to provide a portion of what we raise to help support the great work of groups like Black Lives Matter, The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the National Lawyers Guild of Los Angeles (NLG LA) and other like-minded civil liberty organizations fighting for the constitutional rights of marginalized communities across the nation.
