Annual American Business Awards.
The firm's Office Administrator, Kate Olson, won gold for Support Staffer of the Year, Beth McCluskey, director of marketing, was awarded silver for Marketer of the Year, and Aly Jamison, public relations manager, received bronze for Communications Professional of the Year.

A former event planner and restaurant manager, Olson joined RAIN Group in 2016 and is responsible for balancing schedules of the company executives, qualifying prospects, assisting with RFPs, planning international conferences, coordinating travel, preparing workshop materials, hosting virtual sales trainings, and organizing activities to keep remote employees connected. In addition to overseeing daily operations at the company's headquarters in Boston, Olson also assists consulting partners across the U.S., and international practice directors in Bogotá, Geneva, Johannesburg, London, Mumbai, Seoul, Sydney, and Toronto.
An award-winning graphic designer, B2B strategist, and web developer, McCluskey oversees the day to day marketing activities and manages the MarTech stack for the Top 20 Sales Training Company. In the last year, she produced a plethora of white papers, reports, eBooks, guides, webinars, and infographics. The resources were downloaded by thousands of sellers and sales leaders around the globe. In 2019, McCluskey designed the infographic, 9 Ways to Crush Your Sales Goals, which won gold in the B2B Marketing Exchange's Killer Content Awards in the short-form category. Her work has also been recognized in the Content Marketing Institute awards.
With 13-plus years of public relations experience, Jamison has secured media placements in top business and industry outlets such as Entrepreneur, American Express, MarketingProfs, Selling Power, Training Industry, ATD, and others. She nominated the firm for numerous awards, winning four gold Stevies in the 2020 Sales & Customer Service Awards, Top 20 Sales Training Company, bronze Brandon Hall Group Award for Best Unique or Innovative Sales Training Program, and others.
Known as a premier business awards program in the U.S., more than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes were submitted for consideration in a wide range of categories.
