Florida brokers come out on top in commercial real estate deal-making competition

MIAMI - May 1, 2020 - PRLog -- CoStar Group, the data/analytics leader of the commercial real estate industry, today announced the Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners for the first quarter of 2020. Brian Wilcox, Director of Brokerage Services (Winter Park, FL) and Matt Poncy, Leasing Agent (Plantation, FL) came out on top in the list of winners in Top Office Leasing Deals for the South Florida Market. Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top reported deals every quarter, based on price and square footage.

Brian and Matt earned the recognition from the 10 year lease of 25,900 SF of medical office space at the 100,000 square foot Mercy Medical Arts Building in Miami, FL.
