Axiomtek's Value-added I/O Modules and Anti-Vibration Kit for Smart Transportation Embedded Systems

The scalable VAMs help system integrators with easy customization and shortening the product development cycle while helping them speed up the time-to-market process to gain a competitive edge. The anti-vibration kit was designed for rolling stock and vehicle applications to minimize the effect of vibration on hard drive performance.

Axiomtek offers nine types of VAMs for its tBOX300 and tBOX500 series transportation embedded systems to meet different requirements for various applications. The VAMs, tBOX300 series and  tBOX500 series are all EN 50155-certified and have undergone electronic equipment and environmental testing to ensure reliable operation.

The customizable anti-vibration kit is designed for our tBOX and UST series products to offer more stability. The anti-vibration kit can withstand extreme temperatures with its aluminum extrusion and heavy-duty steel construction. The multi-directional dampers also play an important role in the stability of the anti-vibration kit. Additionally, the kit improves the vibration endurance of the HDD to 2 Grms.
