Jeff McChesney, CEO stated, "We are extremely pleased to be part of the Air Force Accelerator Powered by Techstars. Techstars is world renowned for assisting leading edge companies with innovative robotics technologies. Our goal is to uncover optimal product/market fit for Tular, and then accelerate into those markets. As aerial drone use proliferates, governments and businesses aren't getting full value from them, due to a lack of mobility and actually, the wind. At Target Arm, Tular enables drones to be launched, and more importantly recovered, from any moving vehicle, and even in high wind conditions."

Target Arm Inc. is a Connecticut-based firm that developed Tular, a Universal Drone Launch and Recovery (ULaR) platform, that enables launch and recovery from any moving vehicle at up to 65mph, or even during windy conditions. Target Arm is a Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), founded in 2017 to develop and commercialize the patented Tular. To learn more about Target Arm, visit
