Alaska Strategy Week Presents the Executive Strategy Symposium
ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Jan. 30, 2020 - PRLog -- Alaska Strategy Week is hosting its first-ever Executive Strategy Symposium, a three-day conference for Alaska executives to come together and gain knowledge on cutting-edge corporate strategy and thought leadership in a way that has never been done before in Anchorage. The conference takes place at the Earl R. Brown Auditorium at Alaska Pacific University and runs from Tuesday, April 21 through Thursday, April 23, 2020. It is hosted by renowned Alaska corporate consulting company Black Fox Strategy. Single-day passes, full conference passes, and group discounts are available. Get tickets now on the conference's Eventbrite page.

The Executive Strategy Symposium is a three-day conference geared toward helping busy executives catch up on and download the best in national thought leadership on the topics of corporate strategy, resilience leadership, crisis communication, and performance excellence. There will be ten speakers and eleven sessions. Speakers include Erin Sedor, Founder of Alaska Strategy Week, Black Fox Strategy, and the Essential Strategy© approach, Jen Jarvis of Jen Jarvis Associates, Dr. Christine West of The Business MD, Christian Muntean of Vantage Consulting, and many more Alaska business owners and consultants. Sponsors currently include Beecher Carlson, Charles Schwab, Opti Staffing Group, Crowley, and Parker, Smith & Feek. Four levels of corporate sponsorship are available.

Conference founder Erin Sedor of Black Fox Strategy created Alaska Strategy Week to build a platform for thought leadership in the areas of strategy and organizational excellence in Alaska. Sedor saw a gap for collaboration in corporate leadership development in Alaska and decided to fill it with Alaska Strategy Week and the Executive Strategy Symposium. "As a former C-suite executive, I was often vexed at the lack of high-quality educational opportunities in Alaska for executives and professionals in the field of risk and strategy," Sedor says, "So much of what I do with my clients today is educational–helping smart people work even smarter with better tools, processes, and approaches to strategy, risk, and resilience. It was time to create a platform for thought leadership to flourish right here in our backyard."

The conference is for C-suite executives, senior management, mid-management leaders, executive directors of non-profits and tribal organizations, state and local government leaders, business owners, attorneys, CPAs, and consultants to improve their personal leadership effectiveness and impact. More information about the event and educational value of the Executive Strategy Symposium can be found on the Alaska Strategy Week website.
