-- Celaton, a leading Intelligent process Automation (IPA) software vendor, specialising in providing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, has today announced that it has launched its platform, inSTREAM™ on UiPath Go! – the new marketplace for automation tools.
The inSTREAM platform enables organisations to streamline end-to-end business processes such as Accounts Payable, Sales Orders, Customer Correspondence and Claims to achieve improved operational efficiencies. inSTREAM will further support organisations on their Digital Transformation Journey by extending the capabilities of UiPath with Machine Learning, Supervised Learning, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive Automation and OCR to read, understand meaning and intent, extract key data, and validate and enrich data from a wide variety of business-critical documents.
By utilising Machine Learning, inSTREAM learns how to process each document. All documents follow the same process, including exceptions and anomalies which do not require technical skills for the creation of new templates. Instead, inSTREAM learns through the natural consequence of processing and through collaborating with operators in a system called 'Human in the Loop'. inSTREAM learns from every transaction it processes, therefore as the volume of documents increase, its confidence and accuracy improve to a point where Straight Through Processing (STP) is achieved. As inSTREAM's confidence and accuracy increases, the amount of interaction needed with humans decreases enabling employees to focus on the complex, value-based and rewarding tasks.
Celaton's Commercial Director Gina Gray commented "It is Celaton's mission to apply a customer-centric approach to delivering consistent and measurable value to customers. The addition of inSTREAM to UiPath Go! extends the value we can offer organisations through complementing UiPath robots with our platform's Cognitive Learning capabilities, enabling further efficiencies and transformation."
