Innovate! Achieves CMMI Institute's Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® Level 2

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Jan. 13, 2020 - PRLog -- INNOVATE! INC., a premier Cloud and GIS Platform Integration Services Company, today announced that it had been appraised at Level 2 of the CMMI Institute's Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. The appraisal team, led by Multi-Dimensional Maturity (MDM), performed a CMMI Institute Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) for the Innovate! Business Enterprise Service Team. Based on the results of the SCAMPI, Innovate was determined to be operating at CMMI-SVC Maturity Level 2, the Managed Level.

An appraisal at maturity level 2 indicates Innovate! is performing at a "managed" level. At this level, projects have ensured that processes are planned and executed in accordance with policy; the projects employ skilled people who have adequate resources to produce controlled outputs; involve relevant stakeholders; are monitored, controlled, and reviewed; and are evaluated for adherence to their process descriptions.

Innovate! Management's demonstrated commitment to business and technical excellence and CMMI Maturity Level 2 helped to ensure this success. Auditor Dr. Richard Waina commented, "All levels of the organization are involved in and focused on continuous improvement.
