CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Dec. 20, 2019 - PRLog -- As we round out the year, we just wanted to make sure you all know about the MAX loan limits for our local areas, for the most used mortgage loan programs out there. These amounts are as of 1/1/2020, and are for single family/1 unit purchases.

Max Conforming Conventional Loan Limit (higher than this is considered a JUMBO)

Max FHA Loan Limit  (Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, St. Clair, Livingston, Lapeer)

$331,760

Max VA Loan Limit (Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, St. Clair, Livingston, Lapeer)
