With an MBA and 18 years' experience in human resources and accounting, Hinson brings a focused background of expertise to the role of Human Resources Manager. A native of Overland Park, KS, Hinson is an experienced healthcare professional with a demonstrated history in professional training, coaching, permanent placement and recruitment.

Hinson will be solely responsible for recruitment to support the growth of HospiceServe clients across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Colorado. She will provide ongoing human resources management and leadership to support HospiceServe leadership, employees and its' affiliates. Hinson will be instrumental in recruiting new employees to drive growth and ensure quality care for the growing senior population.

Hinson received an MBA with emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Park University. She has held positions at RightSourcing, Inc., Favorite Healthcare Staffing, LMC, Business Basics and Webster Architects.
