WESTMINSTER, U.K. - Dec. 8, 2020 - PRLog -- MASS EDUCATION IS THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT TOOL FOR THE TOTALLY ERADICATION OF EXTREMISM ..Prof Chris Imafidon
Professor Chris Imafidon, (a multi-Guinness world record holder and internationally acclaimed adviser to Presidents, Governments and Monarchs, and corporate leaders) states that education is the silver bullet for terrorism and extremism during a conference held today.. He quickly threw a line between mere certification or qualification versus EDUCATION. Prof Imafidon whose family is renowned as Britain's brainiest family stated that "Certification is the attendance of a formal classroom for curriculum based activities ending a test of short-term memory of the student. However, true education is the demonstration of due care so that the teacher is pre-occupied with the detection and development of the innate genius in every child, youth or young adult for communal benefit and societal progress".  Prof Imafidon whose eldest child, Dr A. Imafidon emerged as one of the youngest leaders of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO),  opined that "Education is the best defense against poverty, and  highest form of wealth in true economics, because we now live in a knowledge based global economy. With massive education, the evil parents of extremism which are 1) ignorance, 2) and illiteracy are eliminated at birth" he added in an apparent reference to his historic paper given at the UK parliament on the British-Irish conflict..

Earlier in the virtual conference, Nobel Laureate, Prof Wole Soyinka spoke of a harrowing experience of the evils of terrorism from a case study in Ibadan. Retired Gen A. Dambazau, who is currently a professor gave useful frontline insights into the war against Boko Haram in Northern Nigeria. Other contributors and participants were India's Prof Parikshat Manhas; Ms Nancy Yamout of USAID, Africa's Prof Lawrence Ezemonye, and Prof Femi Olufunmilade amongst others.
