ASPE and Cprime Partner with Rise Against Hunger to Help End World Hunger by 2030

CARY, N.C. - Oct. 3, 2019 - PRLog -- ASPE transforms businesses – and now they want to transform the world. In an effort to give back to those most in need, ASPE and parent company Cprime have joined forces with Rise Against Hunger in a partnership that combines both of their expertise to end world hunger by 2030.

They are now offering a course called Introduction to Agile: Ending World Hunger One Sprint at a Time (https://aspetraining.com/courses/introduction-to-agile-ending-world-hunger-one-sprint-at-a-time-0), which is a combination of traditional classroom learning, while also applying Agile concepts to a Rise Against Hunger Experience meal packaging event. The attendees of this course will implement what they learn about Agile Sprints to collaborate and work as a team, packaging 10,000 highly nutritious, dehydrated meals comprised of rice, soy, vegetables and 23 essential vitamins and minerals through a hands-on volunteer experience.

In addition to this course, which is offered year-round, ASPE is committed to complete at least one Rise Against Hunger Experience meal packaging event each year. Internal employees will work together to package 10,000 meals every September in honor of Hunger Action Month.

Their goal of this partnership is to not only provide meals through these meal packaging events, but to also spread awareness on the global issue of hunger. Around the world, over 820 million people lack adequate food. They hope to use this partnership with Rise Against Hunger, as well as their platform in the Information Technology space to create a discussion on how to help combat hunger.
