David Field awarded the 'Excellence in Finance - Leaders' award at FiNext Conference Orlando

As a co-founder of SD Renewables, Mr. Field brings to the organization over 30 years' experience in leading successful executive teams, startups, and early-stage companies within the finance and energy sectors. Previously, he founded OneRoof Energy, a leading developer, and financier of residential solar projects, following his leadership in the reorganization and turnaround of Applied Solar LLC. He also founded Clarus Energy Partners, a leading developer, owner, and operator of distributed generation projects, which was acquired by Hunt Power in 2004.  Prior to Clarus Energy, Field co-founded Omaha-based Kiewit Fuels, a renewable energy company specializing in the development of biofuels production. He also has an extensive background in water technology and infrastructure development and finance, with companies such as; Bechtel, Peter Kiewit, and Poseidon Resources, as well as in corporate finance with Citicorp.
