Follow on Google News | Dare to Dream Charleston! event to feature Toni Vanschoyck on Sept. 28Full day of training, new products and vision casting planned
By: Toni Vanschoyck Motivational speaker, network marketing professional and Monat Senior Executive Director Toni Vanschoyck will host and speak at the event. In July, Vanschoyck asked her Monat team to help raise funds for a Gratitude project, assisting Compassion International in building a community center in Ecuador. Vanschoyck and her husband, Jay Treloar — also slated to speak at Dare to Dream! — contributed $10,000 to the cause. Now the couple — who recently started their own nonprofit organization, Low Country Love, to help individuals who have experienced tragedy, focusing mainly on domestic violence and trafficking in Charleston — are taking on another Gratitude project similar to Ecuador. They'll be raising funds for three centers in Colombia, for families escaping Venezuela. Vanschoyck said the project is dedicated to the Urdaneta family, the founders of Monat, who are from Colombia. At Dare to Dream!, Vanschoyck and Treloar will be joined by Top 10 Income Earners Greta Murray and Anthony Duran and Gratitude Ambassador Kathy Claybaugh. Along with featured speakers, the day's schedule also includes training with the Monat team, vision casting, new products to try and more, including lunch and a dinner celebration. Dare to Dream Charleston! is planned from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., with the dinner celebration at 7 p.m. "We are honored to host one of my favorite power couples and Gratitude Queen Kathy Claybaugh. We are collecting donations for Low Country Orphan Relief," Vanschoyck said. General admission tickets are $35 (and include one free guest).
