Resmark Systems Helps Zipline Company in Caribbean Get Back on Its Feet after Hurricanes

SALT LAKE CITY - Sept. 18, 2019 - PRLog -- In early September 2019, the following announcement of a job opportunity opened up in the Caribbean:

"Tree Limin' Extreme, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Zipline Guide at its park as well as an Office Manager located on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands."

This is good news for the island's economy and for adventurous visitors who are returning to St. Thomas in the wake of now-historic hurricanes that pounded the island in 2017.

Two years have passed since two category five storms attacked St. Thomas back to back.

Although the zip lines themselves were not damaged, 98 percent of the island's infrastructure was, leaving tourist numbers dangling, said Julie Eaton Bryan.  She, along with her husband Marc Bryan, opened Tree 'Limin Extreme in 2012, and became the first zipline company in the U.S. Virgin Islands.  At the time of the 2017 hurricanes, the company was serving close to 20,000 guests annually, and operating with a staff of 25 employees.

In island culture, limin' means to hang out. And this is what guests can do on their 400-square-foot platforms between ziplines. This course was designed by contractor, Bradd Morse of Canopy Consulting.  Situated high in the rainforest of St. Peter Mountain, guests experience breathtaking views of Magen's Bay, Jost van Dyke, and Tortola. The park encompasses six ziplines, two sky bridges and acres of jungle.

Canopy Consulting Inc. also referred them to Resmark Systems, the Utah-based company that provides online booking and reservation software (https://resmarksystems.com/).
