Joe Wade, Senior Analyst, Systecon North America
Joe is uniquely positioned to unite customer needs with Systecon's world renowned analytics capabilities and tools, assisting clients to fully understand predictions, assessments, and the impact of decisions on performance and cost during a system's life cycle.
His wide-ranging experiences over a 30 plus-year career as a Marine Corps officer include Commanding Officer, Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Marine Unit Cherry Point; Director, Distribution Management Center Marine Corps Logistics Command; PMA-275 MV-22 Assistant Program Manager, Logistics; and USMC Reset Program Manager AIR 6.7.7.
More recently, he served as the Chief of Staff, Commander Fleet Readiness Centers, where he managed and optimized production support to the Naval Aviation Enterprise Depot, as well as intermediate maintenance and sustainment operations. Before becoming the Chief of Staff, he was Managing Director for Development of Naval Aviation Sustainment Center, in support of Naval Aviation Enterprise Vision 2020, where he led and coordinated development of the Concept of Operation, defined membership, established roles and responsibilities, determined software and hardware requirements, secured required funding, and stood up the prototype Sustainment Center.
Joe Wade is an alumnus of the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA with an MS in Acquisition Contract Management, Marine Corps University in Quantico, VA with a Master's in Military Studies, and the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD with BS in Physical Sciences.
